Any new recent approval for I-140 in TSC.Mine was filed on Dec 2006 and on line status is showing "Case Recieved and Pending".Still no new updates and waiting.....
Any body got the recent approval from TSC,so let me know.

This is the wording i saw at the embassy site:-

"Foreign-born minor children are not eligible for OCI if both the parents are Indian citizens holding Indian Passports."

So its clear that if both parents are indian citizens with indian passports the kid cannot get an OCI and has to get the PIO instead.

I reside in NJ. But I did my medical for whole of my family in New York for $185 each.

I was in a similar situation as you and had to use this firm. H1B filing experience was fine but the entire GC process and filing was not a good experience at all. There were days I had to call the paralegal and teach him the new immigration laws and that's never a good sign ! Because of their mistake I was stuck in Eb3 rather being in Eb2. May be they will deal differently with your case but have a chat with them and your company managers before you agree to use them. I m with another company and another attorney firm and they are awesome !

Hi,

I have a question. I am on H1 and are planning to extend my H1 along with my wife H4. My question is, we both have EAD's and I never use EAD. My wife is looking for jobs on EAD. If she works on EAD, can she still able to extend H4 status?

As long as she does not work, and she has entered the country using her H4 (as against entering using Advance Parole), she is on H4. Once she uses her EAD, she is no longer on H4. Subsequent US entries will need to be on Advance Parole.

In order to do this, she will have to leave the country and apply for a H-1b consular processing. Get a new visa and come back into the county on H-1. She cannot file for a change of status to H-1 from AOS.

I like both, initially perhaps the color version a bit more. If you can touch up the slight red-eye problem. The faded border works better with the b&w though, so all in all I'd finally go with the b&w. Cute girls!

I always have to switch between forward and a left or right perspective in order to do that. Even then it's hard to get it just right.

(but isn't it so much easier than version 1.0 where you had to create invisible mirror objects in order to pivot off center? :) )

- H1B is good as long as employer-employee relationship is maintained, which in your case should be fine
- You may have issues with 140 approval (Just my opinion, I may be wrong)
- If you are considering H1 transfer, that may have issues as you may not have latest paycheck..

Thanks for the reply. Is I-140 very dependent on company's financial position? What if actually everything goes back on track and I get my pay and stuff?

Requiring experience in addition to MS degree is considered "normal" for positions in Job Zone V. Whether it's more likely to trigger an audit or not - I doubt anybody will be able to tell you. For that somebody has to have experience of filing two PERMS, almost identical except for the experience requirement. I doubt many people have such an experience
