If this thread (forum) was a court room. It would have been declared by Judge that YSR is indeed the most corrupt politician AP had and pending further investigation all the occupied & grabbed lands, wealth be ordered to pay to the victims. immigration-law.com posted country wise EB visa allocation for the year of 2005. For example, Nepal used only 70 EB3 visas. Whereas country limit is 7%. In that case how EB3 Nepal is retrogressed?

And you have moved to the US. Participating in IV forums to see when/how the visa bulleting can be changed so your date becomes current and you get a GC and are free to hop and try to get a job of your dream. Why do you care about these things? Just wait for your card man...enjoy the wait in the line..rest of the stuff is not of your worry (unless offcourse you get laid off and then all of a sudden your patriotism wakens up...and u get all firedup to proove your mettle in your own land.?

Hi,
I have an EB2 I-140 approved; PD Aug 29, 2007. The corresponding LC was filed with "Special Handling" for university teachers.
1. If I change into a non-academic job, then can the PD be retained when I refile?
2. If I go out of US for a few years (say 3-5 years) and then come back with a new job, will I be able to retain this PD when I refile?

When you send any email, subject of the email matters.. If our subject is something like just immigration then I think they will just send automatic reply..

I am sick and tired of cookie cutter responses from lawmakers staff. They have a standard template, that starts off with how concerned they are that the immigration system is broken, and their concern for American companies and workers and H-1b.
Enough of that freaking rubbish....
Lets send them letters, and specifically ask them
a) Do you condemn USCIS/DOS behavior, or do you commend it?
b) Do you sympathise with the plight of the employment based greencard applicants or not?
Finally, say that their response will be posted on online public forums so that it can be shared with other employment based greencard applicants.

earlier I was bit skeptical about this idea but now as days it seems to be the only solution ..I knew markets would fall but this is beyond anything :D ...where will dow industrial stop ..I have been trying to buy some stocks but it keeps falling :D ...really worrisome ..but clearing house inventory is definitely the first step ..I don't think world can wait till next year june for home prices to rebound :D

I am very very skeptical about the claim that USCIS moved the dates to June 2006 in a random fashion. They could have moved it to Dec 2005, but they moved it to June 2006 because they have the ACTUAL GC numbers (unlike us:)) and they have an estimate of how many could be adjudicated.

October bulletin has already moved to Jan22'2005. From other tracking sites there are not too many Feb'2005 applications. But we have plenty of March 2005 applicants. Once it crosses March it will zoom ahead to end of 2005.

In 2000 December, I was travelling to Sydney from Mumbai Airport. I was held and later interviewed separately by a Tamil Speaking officer. Just because my name resembled like Srilankan Tamil. 2) Can an Indian company start LLC or any other kind of firm and own a business and sponsor someone- more specifically my dad (a major stake holder in Indian company) and this indian company starts some kind of LLC or inc (whichever is feasible) and sponsor my wife for H1 and greencard?
I know its kind of confusing, but would appreciate if you can try and explore this.
